Top Oil Contest

1. Entry fee is $20 for two pieces.

2. Prize for First Place is $200.

3. Open to all oil artists.

4. First place will be published on TopArtAwards.com and Instagram.

5. First, Second, and Third Place and up to 10 Award of Excellence pieces will be selected and published on an Exhibition page of TopArtAwards.com.

6. Deadline to enter is April 15, 2022.
